Ubuntu transformation pack for Windows XP
1. Download Ubuntu theme pack for Windows XP. (10mb)

2. Keep the RAR file in a safe place
3. Extract the RAR file you will get a folder named Theme Ubuntu for XP
4. Inside the Theme Ubuntu for XP folder you will find a folder named Apps
5. Open Apps folder there you will find a UXTheme Multi-Patcher 5.0.exe
6. Install UXTheme Multi-Patcher 5.0.exe to patch you uxtheme.dll
7. After the installation Windows XP will Prompt for Restart and XP cd just restart your PC
8. After restart open Cursor pack folder you will find a file name Setup.inf right click on that on the drop down menu click install
9. Go to Control Panel—Mouse–Pointers on Scheme select Ubuntu by tnenad click Apply Ok
10. Then go to VisualStyles folder click on ClearLooksMod to change Luna Theme of Windows XP
11. Now go to Icon Folder there you will get Super Turbo Tango Patcher August 2006.exe install that
12. After installing Tango Patcher go back to Apps folder there you will find FindeXer Nightly V1.1.0. 3 open that folder click on Register.bat now go for a restart
13. After that open My computer go to View —-Explorer Bar—-FindeXer —Click on that to enable
14. Now we have to change the Log in and Boot screen for that we have to install LogonStudio_public.exe in the Logonscreen folder and bootskin_free.exe in the Bootscreen folder
15. Click on the ubuntu.bootskin file in the Bootscreen folder it will open in bootskin.exe that we have installed before click Apply
16. Same way click UbuntuHumanlogon.logonxp in the Logonscreen folder it will open in LogonStudio and click Apply
17. Now you have to apply Ubuntu start up sound and log on sound to give a complete touch go to the WAV folder in Theme Ubuntu for XP and you can find two wav files just copy that files and go to you Windows installation drive open Windows folder there you can find a folder name Media open that past the WAV files on that folder it will ask for overwrite click yes to all.
18. Apply a Ubuntu Wallpaper of you choice you can find some wallpapers in Wallpaper folder
19. Final step to put your start button and Task bar on top just right click on the Task bar remove tick on Lock Task bar if it is locked, now just click on the Task bar drag it to the top and restart.
All done now you can enjoy Ubuntu feel on your Windows XP

XP by any other name or look, for that matter, is still a M$ product. Just install Ubuntu for God sakes! You can get the live DVD and run it from boot. You can learn to use it before you install. The new improvements to it have made it so easy to transition to it. Dump Microsoft and forget about putting lipstick on the pig!
linux is a grait system to use i also like windows xp too
