Intel’s Classmate Tablet PC
Intel’s classmate tablet is a machine made so as to provide a cheap durable Pc to the classroom that’s why it is named as classmate tablet.
Actually it is a convertible ie it can be used as a notebook and can be used as a tablet pc.So here are its specifications.

The machine is having good build quality , The screen having resolution 1024*600 is sharp and crisp, quite comfortable to use.There is an inbulit webcam which is of decent quality.Intel has provided enough hardware and software enhancements to the tablet pc so that it is more than a Xp loaded touchscreen laptop.When folded and used as a tablet pc there is dedicated button provided for quick launch screen.
This PC is actually made for kids at schools so that they can use it as a tool to enhance there studies.
Intel also put some thought into how kids would be using the Convertible Classmate specifically, and calibrated the touchscreen so that it wouldn’t recognize palm contact when kids are writing with the stylus. They found that most kids write with the palm down on the table, and if they didn’t adjust for that with the tablet, it would have caused many input problems.
